Foam filled jet ski ports are rotomolded and then foam filled with EPS foam to fill any cavaity in the dock. I personally seen water logged foam filled floats having jet ski completely out of water and only way to tell if they are waterlogged is but lifting the jet ski dock and feeling it being heavy. Some Air filled pwc docks have air chambers which get waterlog then that section sags. I seen some where a side was waterlogged and the float was uneven greatly to that side. Foam Filled foam floats is an advantage over the air filled floats.
