Heavy-duty polyethylene 4″ pipe bracket allows your watercraft to adjust to changing water levels.  The kit is designed to fit any Schedule 40  4″ PVC.  This kit allows for fixed dock installation and is HIGHLY RECOMMEND for side mount Installation.
